We have a design portfolio that includes properties of all sizes and ages, ranging from new builds to listed buildings in conservation areas that have either been fully refurbished or extended. We work closely with our contractors and suppliers to ensure our projects happen to specifications, on time and within budget.

We operate from our West London Studio and offer our services throughout the UK and in Europe.

Isabelle Morley-Fletcher

Founder - Space Planner and Interior Designer

French, creative at heart, passionate about delivering a unique lifestyle for high-end residential clients for the last 20 years, I graduated from Brighton University with a BA Honours degree and subsequently studied Interior Design at Westminster University.
My previous career was in creative services, working for blue chip clients worldwide in the film industry. It was always of paramount importance to me to deliver results on budget, with attention to detail and to tight deadlines.
In terms of my interior design Portfolio, I specialise in high-end residential properties and privately owned hotels. Having been heavily involved on construction sites, I have gained a thorough understanding of the build process; an invaluable knowledge on which to base my space-planning skills as well as my design vision. A genuine respect for design and quality is always at the heart of my work.

Scott Ingham

Founder - Chartered Surveyor MRICS

I graduated from Reading University in 1988 with a BSc Honours degree in Building Surveying. Having qualified for membership of the RICS, I undertook a diploma in project management. A position at Nationwide Anglia Estate Agents was followed by a move into private practice, providing building surveying services predominantly in the residential sector for institutional clients and property developers.
In 1998, I joined a fledgling residential property development company, building a varied portfolio in North London to the value of £75 million, designing schemes, obtaining planning permissions, specifying construction and project managing sites to completion.
Over the last 25 years, I have amassed a wealth of experience in the residential property sector, which I take great pride in putting to good use for our clients.

Steven Gardiner

  • We will discuss your vision for your dream home, define your lifestyle requirements and translate your needs into designs that are inspirational, practical and in harmony with the existing architecture and environment. We will prepare architectural plans that illustrate the design of the building and bring a clear vision of your dream project for your consideration and approval.

  • Space planning is the art of analysing how best to live in your property, maximising the internal usage. Whether you are considering remodelling, refurbishing, extending your property or exploring the use of an ancillary building for additional living, we will define and formalise your space by discussing your requirements. Subsequently, we will translate them into 2D floor plans together with a 3D visualisation for your consideration and approval.

  • We understand the importance of living in your surroundings and what is important to you. Interior Design is all about the detail.

    We will turn your property dreams into a reality by combining functionality together with your personality, taste and design aspirations.

    We work with you in stages from the design concept, presented in the form of mood boards, with furniture, fixtures, fitting and soft furnishing selections. We then produce detailed drawings for specifications, source, procure and install all design elements until full design is achieved.

  • Lighting is a key feature in design and should be carefully thought through to achieve different moods. The wrong shade of light can have an effect on colours and on your wellbeing. We will design schemes that will highlight features and deliver the right lighting for the right usage and work with the home automation contractor to set the lighting moods. Equally it is important that we define with you the power and media requirements that will deliver your perfect environment.

  • The devil is in the detail and creativity needs the expertise to deliver the end result. We will explore creative ways of storing, displaying and producing bespoke designs where and when necessary. We will draw and write the design specifications and liaise with our extensive range of suppliers and manufacturers whom we have built long-term relationships with and are qualified to deliver a high-end finish.

    We then proceed to placing and managing all orders with suppliers and oversee manufacturing of bespoke items, delivery and installation.

  • Interior Design schemes needs to be implemented carefully and require the relevant expertise to achieve the desired result. With our onsite construction experience, our eye for detail, our ability to liaise with suppliers and contractors accurately, we will deliver your project to high standard, on target and to budget.

Construction Consultancy Services

With 25 years as a Chartered Surveyor and development surveyor, I have a wealth of in-depth experience in a full range of construction consultancy services

  • Buying a house? We undertake RICS Home buyer's report - level 2 and full building surveys - Level 3 to give potential buyers peace of mind prior to the exchange of contracts on their new home.

  • We will prepare the drawings, submit the application and liaise with planners throughout the process to maximise your chances of success in your planning application.

  • We will prepare a detailed specification document including space planning drawings, elevations, 3D visuals, design specifications, bespoke joinery, lighting and power plans upon which to obtain competitive quotations. Includes building regulations.

  • We have 25 years of designing, negotiating and obtaining building control approval for our clients, we will make sure your project is built to the appropriate legal standards.

  • We will define budgets and timescales, assemble the project team, manage design packages, obtain competitive tenders, engage contractors and manage works against project parameters.

  • We will prepare the contract documents, administer the contract throughout the course of the works, prepare valuations for payment purposes through to delivery.
