Our unique partnership and complimentary skill sets on both the client and contracting side have allowed us over the last 25 years to provide integrated multi-disciplinary consultancy services in construction, architectural design and interiors.

Isabelle Morley-Fletcher

Founder - Space Planner and Interior Designer

French, creative at heart and passionate about delivering a lifestyle, I graduated from Brighton University with a BA Honours degree and subsequently studied Interior Design at Westminster University.

My previous career was in creative services working for blue chip clients in worldwide creative and media agencies and for the film industry such as Buena Vista, 20th Century Fox. Delivering creative projects with my team from brief, on target, on budget, with attention to details and to tight deadlines was paramount. This remains a great asset in my design work.

I specialise in high-end residential properties and independently owned hotels, spas and therapy related practises. Having been heavily involved on construction sites, I have gained a thorough understanding of construction; an invaluable knowledge upon which to base my space planning skills and design vision. I love working on designing unique spaces and interiors that meet my client's objectives and lifestyle aspirations.

Scott Ingham

Founder - Chartered Surveyor MRICS

I graduated from Reading University in 1988 with a Bsc Honours degree in Building Surveying; having qualified for membership of the RICS, I undertook a diploma in project management . A position at Nationwide Anglia Estate Agents was followed by a move into private practice, providing Building Surveying services predominantly in the residential sector for institutional clients and property developers.

In 1998, I joined a fledgling residential property development company building a varied portfolio in North London to the value of £75 million, designing schemes, obtaining planning permissions, specifying construction and project managing sites to completion.

Over the last 25 years, I have amassed a wealth of experience (not all of it intended..!!) in the residential property sector which I take great pride in putting to good use for our clients.

  • Space planning is an in-depth analysis of how physical space is used in an existing or potential property. Defining and formalising your existing or additional space is key to designing the perfect environment. We will discuss your lifestyle requirements, create and divide the space that will deliver your new lifestyle or business needs whilst maximising its potential. We will propose a range of 2D layouts and produce a 3D model of your space for visualisation.

    - Furniture layout to scale including built-in unit concept and electrical plan with required alterations
    - Suggested Colour scheme, walls and floor treatments
    - Moodboard defining the feel and featuring specifically sourced design items to budget including furniture, lighting, soft furnishings samples, walls and floor samples and decorative ornaments
    - Meeting with yourself to go through the proposed Moodboard design
    - Follow up with other suggestions if required
    - Sourcing and purchasing of all design elements
    - Budget Management
    - Procurement and Installation

    We also offer a design management service should you require to commission us to provide quotes and follow the delivery of bespoke carpentry, decorations and refurbishment work in conjunction with the design.

  • Lighting is a key feature in design and should be carefully thought through to achieve different moods. The wrong shade of light can have an effect on colours and on your environment. We will design schemes that will highlight features and deliver the right lighting for the right usage.

  • We will explore creative ways of storing, displaying and producing bespoke designs where and when necessary. The devil is in the detail and creativity needs the expertise to deliver the end result.
    We will draw and write the specifications, work with the relevant supplier or manufacturer to get the desired design finish.

  • Enhance your residential or commercial space with the careful choice and supply of furniture, ornaments, lighting and soft furnishing.

    We have built strong relationships with our extensive range of suppliers and manufacturers. We source, produce and procure all interior elements to your project and to bespoke sizes when required bearing in mind all the regulations. This service is available in the Uk and in France.

  • Design schemes needs to be implemented carefully and require the relevant expertise to achieve the desired result. With our onsite construction experience, our ability to liaise with suppliers accurately and with your chosen contractors, we will deliver your project.

Construction Consultancy Services

With 25 years as a Chartered Surveyor and development surveyor, I have a wealth of in-depth experience in a full range of construction consultancy services; these can be combined in a package or employed individually depending upon your requirements.

  • For those of you wanting to embark upon the management of your own project or simply wishing to attain a greater understanding of the mechanics of your project – remember - knowledge is power..!! We will give you the tools to set the project up and manage the build with your contractor through to completion. We will give you the do's, the dont's and some 'insider' tips learnt from our 25 years of construction experience. Probably...the best financial investment you will make in your project...!

  • Give your project detail and budget definition. We will prepare detailed specifications, space planning layout drawings, 3D visuals, design specifications, lighting and power plans upon which to obtain your competitive quotations. Includes consultancy for planning and building regulations. For more complex projects, please contact us.

  • Whatever you want to build, you will need the necessary planning consents; we can measure up, prepare the drawings, submit the application on your behalf and liaise with planners throughout the process to maximise your chances of success.

  • Don't fall foul of the Law – We have 25 years of designing, negotiating and obtaining building control approval for our clients. Lets us take the stress out of making sure your project is built to the appropriate legal standards.

  • Give your property an annual MOT and stop minor issues now turning into major costly issues later. We will carry out an inspection, prioritise the works over the next 5 years and provide you with some budget indications so you can plan your expenditure.

  • 50% of all residential projects end in dispute. Why? Because they're not set up correctly and they're not managed appropriately. Don't become a statistic...! We can prepare the contract documents, administer the contract throughout the course of the works, prepare valuations for payment purposes and negotiate the final account on your behalf.

  • We are well versed in Landlord and Tenant matters and act for numerous managing agents and freehold companies throughout London. We specify and supervise both internal and external works under Section 20 of the Landlord & Tenant Act, prepare licence reports for leaseholder alterations, undertake re-building cost valuations for insurance purposes and provide general advice on all property related matters.

    We also undertake Housing Disrepair Surveys, prepare Expert Witness Reports and Scott Schedules under Section 11 of the Landlord & Tenant Act
